At 7.45am, I arrived at Tenaga Cable Industries located at Lot 2, Jalan P/12, Section 10, Kawasan Perusahaan Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia which occupies more than 54, 000 sq meters of land area and more than 14,000 sq meters of build up area.
At 8am, Iall the staff of the company have a assembly. I just followed them. It is aroutime for them to have a assembly in early of the month. All the General Manager will talk about the things that happen in the previous month. After the assembly, I went to the Human Resource Department to meet the Executive of Training to report. I met the En.Khairul Naim to report. He told me all the Rule and Regulation in the company. Other that, he told that the working time in the company. The working time in this company is from 8am to 4.45pm.
Ant then, I have an induction session for one week. The Induction session was handled by Miss Marlia Ramli and Pn.Faridah. Both of them told me the background of the company. the company started in 1957, as Malayan Cables Limited (the first cable manufacturer in Malaysia) Tenaga Cable Industries Sdn Bhd has a long fifty glorious years and illustrious history of growth and achievements. In 1999, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Malaysia utility giant, acquired majority shares through its wholly owned subsidiary, TNB Ventures Sdn Bhd and renamed the company as Tenaga Cable Industries Sdn. Bhd. or TCI.

At the end of the week, I met En.Khairul Naim to know my department. He placed me at MIS Department because my course more in IT. Because of the guider at MIS Department not have time to teach me, En.Khairul Naim placed me to the HR Department for a while.
