WEEK 2 (9nov-13nov)

I started my duty in Human Resource Department. First of all, I report to the General Manager of Human Resource Department,En.Roslan. After that, I was introduced to all of the staff in HR Department by En.Khairul Naim Seruani. I was told to familiar with the environment in this company.

In the same week, Puan Azliyana gave me the task to check the Time sheet of the staff that do the Overtime from January until November. This is because there are increase in overtime allowances from January 2009. So I was check all the Time sheet of the staff and calculate the increment. After that, I was told to kick in the data about the allowance into the system. I took several day to complete the task because of the number of staff in this company is to big. Other that, the task is difficult because the data are sort improper. By the end of this week, I complete my task and gave my task to the Puan Azliyana.
