The General Manager of Sales Marketing Department, En Khafid Masduki give me a task to be complete in this week. He want me to do the Sales Analysis from year 2006 until 2009. In order to complete the task, I go and see En.Alastayr to get the information. I get the information about the sales from the system that helped by En.Alastayr and En.Roymi. After I get the information needed, I make are pie chart, graph in the Microsoft Power Point to make it easier to En.Khafid Masduki to present the information the Managing Director in Tenaga Cable Industries, En.Ghous. I took several day to complete this task because the data they gave are incomplete and its took several day to analysis the data given. The task makes me excellent in term of use of the Microst Power Point and Microsoft Excel. Before this, I just know the general about this.
After I completed the task given by En.Khafid Masduki, En. Jazli and En.Nasaruddin brought me to the Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Jalan Timur to meet the clients. From that meeting, I know how to faced with the clients and how to handled the situation effectively.
